| Кратка информация: | We meet your needs Our Plant is authorised to manufacture, package and control medicinal products for human use and medical devices (EC), particularly: ♦ Manufacturing, primary and secondary Packaging of non sterile liquids preparations as syrups, mouth washes, drops, solutions, sprays (squeeze bottles and glass bottles with pumps) ♦ Manufacturing, primary and secondary Packaging of tablets, coated tablets packed in AL-AL and AL-PVC/PVDC blister ♦ Manufacturing, primary and secondary Packaging of suppositories, vaginal ovula packed in AL and PVC strip ♦ Primary and Secondary Packaging of capsules and transdermal patches ♦ Narcotics and psychotropic substances. Production In our plant we produce around 90 milion items , about 70% of which are exported to 70 countries around the world. The pharmaceutical production is entirely controlled by industrial automation systems that allow managing the whole shop floor: - Materials flow management (Material handling system) - Supervision and control of utilities and machines (SCADA) - Pharmaceutical recipe management and Electronic batch record generation (Manufacturing Execution Sysem). |
